Vigipirate

We aim to do our best to ensure visitor security.

The museum applies the preventive measures listed in the Vigipirate Emergency Attack Plan implemented by the French government for cultural heritage establishments. At the museum entrance, bags, luggage and clothing that might contain objects prohibited in City of Paris museums systematically undergo a visual check. Museum guards may take additional precautions if necessary, without previous notice.

Please excuse us for any inconvenience caused by these measures and checks.
